JBI has pioneered and specialized in time study support for state and local political entities. Since 1997, JBI’s objective has been to maximize federal and state reimbursements by implementing software and systems that meet the individualized needs of state and local political entities to ensure accurate claiming and time study support. JBI’s programming specialists have developed three (3) unique web-based time study systems to meet the needs and requirements of our ever-expanding client list. The Technology Development (TD) Team collaborates with all JBI team members and departments to innovate, develop, and maintain all our technology-based needs. This collaborative effort allows JBI to create and maintain effective solutions for all our client's needs.
